About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team based in Aberdeen. This role offers a mix of office and home working. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-level administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for customers with issues, coordinating remedial works with purchasers and nominated trades.
Your duties include receiving calls from customers regarding maintenance needs, logging contact history in Salesforce, and coordinating maintenance to ensure timely resolution. You will communicate with customers about the progress of maintenance work on their properties. Additionally, you will own all departmental inquiries, prepare and process invoices and surveys, and meet deadlines consistently. You will escalate feedback issues to relevant departments and maintain customer satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be highly organized, IT literate, and capable of working under pressure while managing their workload flexibly. Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with confidence, assertiveness, and professionalism. Given the role's interaction with maintenance and construction teams, experience in a housebuilding environment and understanding of the build process would be advantageous.
