Project Manager – Energy & Engineering

We’re working with a leading name in the energy sector who are looking for a talented Project Manager to take ownership of major engineering projects that keep the world turning — and move it towards a lower-carbon future.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong relationships, and knows how to steer complex projects from concept to completion.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading several high-value projects (up to €15m), bringing together teams across engineering, commercial, and site operations to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll be the go-to person for clients — keeping communication open, managing expectations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from contract handover through to site delivery.
No two days will look the same, but you’ll be:
* Managing full project lifecycles — commercial, technical, and delivery aspects.
* Leading cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment across departments.
* Identifying risks and opportunities early to keep things on track.
* Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
* Keeping the customer front and centre in every decision.
What we’re looking for
* A proven Project Manager with experience in engineering, energy, or industrial projects.
* Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) and ideally certified in project management.
* Confident leading teams, managing budgets, and working directly with clients.
* Commercially aware with an understanding of contracts and risk.
* A strong communicator who takes ownership and drives results.
