If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the TG1 3AT area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across various stores.
You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

About the role in Tesco Galashiels Extra
This role will cover a variety of categories including: Beauty, Cosmetics, Haircare.
Confirmed working days/hours: 10
* Sun - Mon - Tue: 4.25 hours, choose which day to work, be in store for 10am start
* Thu - Fri - Sat: 4.25 hours, choose which day to work, be in store for 10am start
The remaining hours can be completed on any day.
Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!
How you'll deliver excellence:
* Compliance and Standards: You'll know and stick to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance.
* Planograms: You'll follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
* Promotional and POS Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage effectively.
* Communication: You'll build good relationships with in-store colleagues and provide feedback to our client teams.

* Experience or passion for merchandising, retail, or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently within set timeframes, using initiative.
* Pride in delivering high standards and service.
* Comfort with manual handling and moving products.
* Willingness to accept home deliveries for some visits (paid extra).
* Confidence in using a company tablet for tasks.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car are a bonus.
