The role:
As a Production & Technical Support Technician you will help drive our goals by:
1. Promotes a positive Health & Safety and zero-harm culture, operating equipment safely in line with JM EHS standards and legislation, participating in EHS initiatives, and supporting COSHH, risk assessments, and procedure updates.
2. Manufactures specialty chemicals with high care and attention, resolves technical and process issues to minimise rejections, meets production plans and quality specifications, and drives continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5WHY analysis.
3. Accurately records daily production, completes detailed handovers, communicates plant performance against KPIs, uses production data systems, and supports the monitoring, tracking, and movement of goods.
