As a Query Handler, you’ll play a key role in resolving queries from both internal and external customers—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive outcome every time. You’ll be responsible for handling requests received via email and post, processing plan changes, and supporting our Scottish Power partnership using their systems. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer and client queries via email and post Process cancellations, refunds, and reinstatements of customer plans Administer customer plans using internal systems Provide specialist support for Scottish Power using SAP Ensure accurate and timely handling of all requests Maintain a high standard of written communication and attention to detail What we’re looking for: Experience working with systems such as AS400, Genio, SAP, SOAP, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of customer payments and plan administration Strong written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service We offer lots of great benefits!
