Customer Service Administrator - Temporary - Knutsford
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service admin to join our client on a full time temporary basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team.
Duties
include:
Support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Keeping record of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
