We are currently seeking an OMB Tax Associate Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of personal tax matters and the opportunity to support high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients including company directors, business owners, high net worth individuals, partnerships, and some trusts
2. Review income tax and capital gains tax computations and returns
3. Advise on benefits in kind and assist with the review of P11D forms
4. Support Partners, Directors, and the wider team on advisory projects
5. Lead and develop junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance
What We’re Looking For
6. ACA/ACCA or ATT qualified (CTA desirable – study support available)
7. Strong background in personal tax compliance and portfolio management
8. Desire to expand technical knowledge and advisory skills
9. Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused and commercially aware approach
