As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be
* Accountable for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit
* Providing clinical leadership to a defined staff group
* Providing support, guidance, and supervision to staff
* Developing and creating an environment that supports competent, ethical nursing care
* Influencing work objectives, planning, and organisation
* Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways
To be successful, you will have
* Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH
* Professional training in a similar environment
* Recognised mentorship certification and an NVQ Assessor Qualification
* Administrative, planning, and organisational skills
* Knowledge of organisational policies and procedures

Pinhoe View is a purpose-built facility providing a range of mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions across two wards and eight flats.
The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a multidisciplinary team specialising in assessment, treatment, and stabilisation of individuals experiencing significant mental health episodes and crises.
