Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer
Up to £50k DOE plus company package

About the Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the commercial and cost management of our residential developments—from pre-construction through to final account. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the wider commercial department to ensure developments are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
* Procure subcontractors and manage payments, variations, and valuations
* Monitor project progress and report on financial performance
* Support value engineering and cost control processes
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £50k DOE. Requirements:
* Degree preferred
* Performed a similar role within a residential developer or main contractor
* Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable
* Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines
* IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems
