My client is a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy partnering with central government departments and agencies to transform the public sector in the UK.
The client seeks new business hunters with a proven track record of winning new logos, focusing on defence, transport, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
They are looking for solutions sales professionals experienced in selling complex digital/technology solutions deals in the £1-2M range.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Development Manager will:
* Business Development:
* Prospect and acquire new strategic accounts and expand your project portfolio.
* Identify high-value business opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
* Collaborate on complex tender processes with internal stakeholders.
* Present the full range of service offerings effectively.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for long-term partnerships.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
* Monitor client technologies and industry trends to anticipate future needs.
Financial Management
Drive revenue growth and expand business turnover while optimizing margin performance.
Requirements
* At least 4 years of proven experience in industry, services, or IT-related roles.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership or management roles.
