Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Rochdale. The Legal Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency within the firm. Day-to-day tasks include assessing current workflows, developing process improvements, collaborating with teams to implement solutions, and monitoring the effectiveness of new procedures. This specialist will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and promoting greater operational effectiveness within the organization.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process analysis
* Proficiency in Process Optimization with a focus on enhancing efficiency and minimizing redundancies
* Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Experience within the legal industry or familiarity with legal processes is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred or Lean six Sigma
