We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team and take the lead in growing and shaping the presence of our five wellness directories across social media ( Counselling Directory, Hypnotherapy Directory, Nutritionist Resource, Life Coach Directory, and Therapy Directory ). You’ll define how we show up online - developing strategic campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand voice. You will play a central role in both guiding and creating content that highlights our member community and builds genuine, meaningful connections with our audience. You will oversee the social strategy across our five directories. From identifying opportunities for organic and paid growth to guiding content direction, collaborating with our community, and staying ahead of social trends, your work will be key to amplifying our mission. This is a strategic role focused on purposeful leadership and long-term impact - building a consistent and engaging presence, and making a real difference by elevating the professionals who support others on their journey to better wellbeing. This is a hybrid role, requiring both office-based and remote work. Key responsibilities Social media strategy: Collaborating with the Head of Content and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and implement tailored strategies for each platform (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to support company goals, drive user engagement, and boost brand awareness. Content creation and management: Working closely with the Content team, you’ll curate and create original content for our social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with both the directory and the wider brand voice. Posting and scheduling: You will plan, implement, and manage the social media content calendar, working with the wider team to ensure that posts are aligned with key business objectives. Community management: You will engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering positive relationships and a sense of community. Performance tracking and reporting: Monitoring social media campaign performance, you’ll track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and CTR, and report on results to inform future content strategies. Collaborating with experts and influencers: Identifying and building relationships with industry experts, directory members, and influencers, you will help expand the brand’s reach and enhance its credibility. Social listening: You’ll monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations to stay informed, identify engagement opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed. Paid campaigns: Supporting the planning and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, you will help optimise targeting, creative assets, and performance to maximise engagement. Brand consistency: Ensuring all social media content reflects the brand’s tone, values, and visual identity, you’ll maintain consistency across all platforms. Crisis management: You will professionally handle any negative feedback or issues raised on social media, safeguarding the brand’s reputation through thoughtful and timely responses. Benefits Enjoy a 34-hour working week with flexible hours, including an early finish on Fridays. Competitive basic salary starting at £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Bi-annual company bonus potential.
