If you have over 2 years of experience in handling a broad range of residential property matters and are passionate about delivering excellent client care, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Handle freehold and leasehold matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Draft and review legal documents such as sale contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completions. Maintain high levels of communication and provide exceptional client service throughout the process. Key Requirements: Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 2 years' PQE. Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
