Due to an internal move we are now recruiting for a Hotel General Manager at The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling, Norfolk.

Situated just off of the North Norfolk coast, near Holt, this beautiful manor house hotel is part of The Signature Collection at The Coaching Inn Group, who recently won the Which? award for UK's Best Large Hotel Group in 2025. We are now looking for an operationally focused GM to lead the team into the 2026 season and beyond. The hotel sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty and has recently had some investment in its bar and lounge areas. We are looking for a GM that can maintain high operational standards whilst delivering great guest experiences by motivating the team and also driving sales to improve on a great performance last year. Who are we looking for?

* A guest focused and passionate leader who want to work for a people focused organisation
* Can inspire, develop and grow an award winning team
* Experience in leading from the front
* Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting
* Drive recruitment, team development, engagement and communication
* Develop sales and deliver on financial targets
