Residential Conveyancer - Gravesend
Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE
A friendly and respected firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its Gravesend office, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
Your caseload will include:
* Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
* Transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and refinancing
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
* Stamp duty procedures, title checks, searches, and enquiries
* Landlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender
* Business acquisitions and sales
Candidate Requirements
* Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE
* Experienced managing cases independently
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Highly organised and proactive in a busy environment
