Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
Our client, a reputable automotive service centre based in Bournemouth, Dorset, is actively seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to enhance their career within a modern and well-equipped workshop environment.

1. Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 per annum
2. Work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm
3. Saturdays optional at time and a half

Duties:
7. Conducting vehicle diagnostics using the latest equipment
8. Performing mechanical repairs and electrical fault finding
9. Carrying out MOT testing (if qualified)
10. Diagnosing complex vehicle issues across all brands, with a specialism in some brands in particular
11. Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timeframes
12. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
13. Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Candidate spec:
14. Ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
15. MOT tester qualification is advantageous but not essential
16. Strong diagnostic skills with a keen eye for detail
17. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
18. Clean and tidy work ethic
19. Willingness to undertake additional training, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems
