We are seeking an Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor, the role is permanent and full time,Based in Duncrue Musgrave Marketplace.

The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Manager to lead, manage and motivate the nightshift warehouse team to achieve operational targets and standards in a business where customer satisfaction is critical.
The key responsibilities of this position will include (but not limited to):
Role Responsibilties:
Daily Activities
* Organise, plan, and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation effectively in line with daily and weekly planner, ensuring all targets are met.
* Assist by managing daily budgetary requirements around KPI reporting for colleagues & operational support.
* Collaborate with all other departments to ensure all targets are achieved.
* Work closely with stock & admin team to help manage customers and suppliers.
* Provide strong communication with all elements of the supply chain both internal and external answering emails and Teams calls and meetings when required.
* Support the wider warehouse operation when necessary.
* Manage and conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health, and welfare at work of all employees.
* Ensuring excellent levels of service and quality to customers.
* Monitoring and investigation of claims and implementation of appropriate plans to reduce instances of customer complaints and claims, management of accuracy and performance levels.
* Ensuring service continuity at peak seasonal times
Health and safety
* Ensure the safety, health, and welfare at work of all employees.
* Adhere to all Company, statutory and Health and Safety obligations completing all inspections recording good and bad catches.
* Safety walks to be completed daily with actions completed as necessary.
* Ensure colleagues complete daily MHE checks and complete paperwork. Weekly and monthly checks to be conducted also.
* Manage and conduct work activities in such a way as to prevent any improper conduct or behaviour likely to endanger employees.
* Implement the safety, health and welfare measures necessary for protection of employees.
* Lead the warehouse team to take pride and place of the warehouse and always maintain good housekeeping.
* Manage end to end processes are completed for all accidents and incidents on I-Auditor, complete investigations and report the information to management as directed.
People Management
* To proactively motivate team members to achieve planned targets and deadlines by providing guidance and encouragement.
* Accurately compile and submit weekly payroll data, including overtime, shift premiums, and attendance records.
* Update team members on company news, initiatives, and gain colleague’s feedback as required.
* Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, development of new colleagues as required.
* Ensure all team members are trained and assessed for competency on an ongoing basis.
* Conduct Investigations & Disciplinary interviews/process in line with company policy.
* Set team objectives & targets and monitor & feedback on performance on an ongoing basis.
* Complete annual performance reviews for all team members and offer support and guidance on future areas for development.
* Maintain accurate and up to date training records keeping all warehouse staff compliant.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Minimum 12 months experience of managing a team in a fast-moving customer orientated warehouse operation.
* Experience managing performance, attendance, and team development.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order fulfilment processes.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Analytical skills to review performance data and KPIs.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
* Competent in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
* Proficient in use of Warehouse Management System
