Role Description
Themis Crown Advocates is seeking to recruit talented lawyers on an employed basis with 3 years’ PQE across the following practice areas:
* Corporate Lawyer
* Entertainment/Media Lawyer
* Sports Lawyer
* Private Equity Lawyer
The successful candidates will be responsible for advising clients within their respective specialisms, handling a varied caseload, and delivering high-quality legal services. Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on transactions and commercial arrangements, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting on complex matters where required.
Candidates should be confident managing their own workload while contributing to a collaborative and growing team. A strong emphasis is placed on client care, commercial awareness, and delivering practical, solution-driven advice.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 3 years’ PQE in the relevant practice area
* Strong technical knowledge within chosen specialism (corporate, entertainment/media, sports, or private equity)
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Membership with the relevant regulatory body
