What does a Classroom Cover Supervisor do?
1. Supervise lessons in the teacher’s absence, ensuring learning continues effectively and safely

What we’re looking for
12. A degree in any subject OR proven experience working with young people and confidence in leading a class
13. Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
14. The ability to adapt quickly to different schools, environments, and pupil needs
15. Experience in education, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, or mentoring is beneficial – but not essential
16. A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
