Job Description

* Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors.
* Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
* Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
* Confidently manage, train, and pass on your knowledge to the team.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
* Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.


Management and administration

* Actively participate in meeting the department's targets by following cooking instructions, avoiding waste, respecting procedures, and conducting internal audits.
* Assist in conducting inventories.
* Help manage stocks of equipment, avoiding breakages.


Qualifications

Experience and skills include:

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
* Diplomas/certifications required.
