We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations within our establishment.

Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations within the hall, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient service during peak hours.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
* Implement training programmes for new staff members on food safety, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
