We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Assistants to join our team in Northampton (Grange Park). These are temporary roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. We are looking for reliable individuals with strong practical or transferable mechanical skills. Previous maintenance experience is beneficial but full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Assistant: Conduct Preventative Maintenance tasks as per schedule. Respond promptly to urgent minor repair requests that affect operations. Operate hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks. Track supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low. Assist other maintenance staff and liaise with contractors to ensure timely project completion. Follow health and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
