Description We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bus cleaning team at Newquay our depot. As a Bus Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buses (both internally and externally) using appropriate manual and powered cleaning equipment to meet the high standards required. Interior bus cleaning will require sweeping, mopping, window wiping, emptying bins and other general cleaning tasks. Our work Schedules are late evening shifts, and there may be opportunities for extra work to cover staff absences. (external bus cleaning). Driving licence essential as you will be required to move buses onsite. About you Ideally you will have previous cleaning experience (although full training is provided) Key Duties : Sweep, mop, and wipe down interior areas and touch points. Empty bins, and report lost property. Use safe practices with cleaning tools and chemicals. Complete checklists and report issues Bus refuelling External washing of the buses Parking You will be required to undertake in-house training upon induction with any additional training as and when required. You will also work at all times within the code of requirements set out in the Health and Safety at Work Act.
