In this role, you will support two individuals in our New Deer service who live in adjacent bungalows. The people we support require someone who is flexible, reliable and able to think creatively while remaining positive and having fun. Each day can be different and you will help them with daily activities, home and garden tasks, and engaging in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities
* Provide consistent support while encouraging participation in various activities
* Assist with home and garden maintenance, personal care, and daily routines
* Support two individuals with plans and activities aligned to their goals
* Maintain a positive, adaptable approach and have fun while supporting people
* Be flexible to cover shifts 8:00 to 21:30 and 8:00 to 8:00 (sleepover), including some weekends
* Hold a full UK driving license due to the remote location of the service
Requirements
* Reliable, honest, and good communication with the people we support and colleagues
* Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing daily needs
* Full UK driving license
Work pattern
Full-time and part-time posts available with shifts from 8:00 to 21:30 and 8:00 to 8:00 (sleepover). Flexibility to cover early or late shifts on different days, including weekends.
