Garden Centre Team Member EPOS Location: Enfield Contract type: Permanent Hours: Part Time Hours per Week: 24 Hours per Week including Weekends At British Garden Centres, not only do we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, but we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience too. We are currently looking for an EPOS Assistant to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. This is a very hand on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Duties include: Answering the phone Calls & emails Banking Onsite office duties Booking in orders. Receipting deliveries on HHT. Matching and filing delivery notes through EPOS and Paperless systems. Maintaining and keeping EPOS system accurate. Maintaining Paperless system. Pricing and sorting stock.
