Job Description
On behalf of our valued client, Pertemps are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrator to join a busy Head Office team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied, office-based role supporting both Head Office functions and retail store operations. Key Responsibilities
o Collecting and accurately inputting data across the department
o Checking and logging accident reports
o Processing forklift repair quotes and engineering reports
o Managing weekly and monthly Health & Safety reports
o Processing PPE orders and Health & Safety training requests
o Liaising with store and Head Office colleagues on Health & Safety matters
o Assisting the Health & Safety Manager with administrative duties
o Providing first line support for retail store queries
o Creating and managing users on internal systems
o Producing and distributing internal reports
Person Specification
o Previous experience in a retail administration environment is advantageous
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail
o Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
o Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
