Job Description

This role suits someone with experience in a similar hotel environment.

As a host to our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they create memories to last a lifetime.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a reception and nights team.
* Ensuring stationery supplies are maintained, including ordering via Procure Wizard.
* Training new staff to uphold our standards.
* Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
* Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
* Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including booking tables and providing local recommendations.
* Collaborating across departments to support team efforts.
* The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour week contract, plus a monthly service charge share of approximately £3,000+ per year.
