This role would suit a customer service enthusiast with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a calm, caring approach. Weekend shifts available: 8:30am – 5:00pm 11:30am – 8:00pm Your role will include: Providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every client and patient Answering telephone calls and booking appointments efficiently and compassionately Supporting and guiding clients within the clinic Responding promptly to emails, enquiries, and Facebook messages Managing patient records and scanning documents accurately Taking payments and assisting clients with treatment queries Promoting and advising clients on our Healthcare Plan Processing and logging insurance claims Assisting the clinical team with handling and restraining patients when required We are looking for someone who: Loves delivering first-class customer service Communicates confidently and empathetically Remains calm and organised in a busy environment Enjoys working as part of a supportive team Has a genuine passion for animal care and client support If you are ready to bring energy, compassion, and exceptional customer care to a welcoming veterinary practice, we would love to hear from you.
