What you’ll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the administration and accounts departments with the following:
* Inputting and distribution of data and documents
* Filing
* Managing and maintaining generic mailboxes, documents and files
* Organising and distribution of post
* Checking, printing and meeting document deadlines
* Answering the telephone
* Ordering office stationery
* Opportunity to gain an insight and learn skills relating to purchase ledger
