Potential to earn up to £500 per week, based on additional piece work premium!
For successful Farm Workers, our client is offering;
* £12.24 per hour
* Overtime rates £18.36 per hour.
* Excellent bonus structure
* Monday – Friday 7.45 am - 4.30 pm
* Ongoing temporary contract
* Potential of permanent positions for the right candidates
The Role of the Farm Workers;
* Planting out in the field.
* Grading and packing.
* Processing products ready for distribution.
* Lifting out in the field
* Maintenance
What our client is looking for in Farm Workers:
* Physically fit
* Motivated.
* A team player
* Comfortable with getting dirty and working outdoors
* The ability to work well with your hands and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
* NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
