Your focus as Client Liaison Manager will be to manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.
Responsibilities
* Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
* Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
* Manage and keep the pipeline of potential members up to date, identifying when they are likely to become residents to maximise revenue.
* Develop new contacts and maintain regular and close contacts with all key care influences.
Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* Full UK and clean driving licence.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Ideally a background in a previous sales position.
