The role of the Group Finance Administrator is to provide support to the Group Assistant Management Accountant in the preparation of management accounts, specifically by maintaining the purchase ledger and cash transactions/balances within the group.

Responsibilities:
1. Accurately record all Purchase ledger transactions
2. Maintain the Purchase Ledger and ensure all supplier statements match our records
3. Prepare regular BACS payment runs
4. Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and check new bank details
5. Liaise with service managers to gain authorizations and resolve supplier queries
6. Accurately record all petty cash transactions
7. Organize cash requests from the services and monitor cash levels held at Head Office
8. Prepare banking (income) and order delivery of cash from the office as required
9. Create sundry payments on request, ensuring relevant authorizations and coding have been received
10. Assist with other finance duties such as archiving, staff mileage, maintaining shared information files, and general admin duties
