Care Support Worker
Job Type(s): Full and part time positions available
Salary: £12.00 per hour, plus travel time and mileage.
We currently have opportunities for both full and part-time Care and Support Workers or Care Professionals in Gillingham, Wincanton and the surrounding areas. We have availability between 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, and alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Support Worker:
Getting to know your clients, and their interests and needs
Giving emotional and practical support to your clients
Assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing) domestic household tasks and food preparation.
Assisting with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required.
To report to the registered manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.
To encourage and enable our clients to remain as independent as possible whilst acting in their best interests and protecting and safeguarding their wellbeing.
Clearly record all care notes on a handheld device after each visit.
