Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim HR Transformation Director to lead a key people and workforce transformation programme.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee HR change activity, improve governance, drive delivery pace, and deliver savings and service improvements across a broad transformation portfolio.

About you:
* Strong HR transformation leadership experience
* Local Government background is essential
* Track record delivering complex change and savings
* Experience improving programme governance
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
