About the Role
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering a first‑class customer experience that embodies the spirit of both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. They act as brand ambassadors and primary contact points for customers while ensuring that store standards and KPIs are met.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Authorise discounts and resolve customer queries with confidence.
* Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Assist customers with outfit building and suggest complementary products.
* Assess customers’ needs and provide information on product features.
* Drive store KPIs and propose ways to improve performance.
* Maintain shop and stock room presentation, organisation and upkeep.
About You
* Have a prior track record within hospitality or retail.
* Communicate effectively and build relationships with ease.
* Collaborate as a team player and recognise the contributions of others.
* Adapt quickly to change and operate at pace.
* Exhibit energy, authenticity and a strong presence on the shop floor.
* Approach all issues with a ‘can‑do’ mindset and act proactively to find in‑store solutions.
