Key Account Manager – National Retail
Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 + up to 20% bonus

About the Role
We're representing a
global consumer brand
looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of two major national retail accounts and drive growth across the UK. You'll build relationships with buyers, launch new products, negotiate promotions, and develop category strategies that deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow two national retail accounts plus new business opportunities.
* Lead all account activity: pricing, forecasting, promotions, and product launches.
* Present new products and promotional plans directly to buyers and retail teams.
* Negotiate effectively to maximise profit and deliver on KPIs.
* Track orders using SAP, working with Customer Service & Logistics to resolve any delivery issues.
* Regular reporting on account performance and identifying growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a
National/Key Account Manager
within a consumer goods/retail environment.
* Strong track record managing
large retailers or national accounts
.
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and selling skills.
* Proactive, driven, and target-focused.
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel to clients.
