However, there is flexibility here to adjust these hours to accommodate personal circumstances and to meet the operational needs of the Trust and our schools. This is also the opportunity for hybrid working.
The HR Manager and Executive PA will be based in the Trust’s Offices at Cirencester Deer Park School but may need to travel to our schools to meet with Headteachers and key administrative staff.
Whilst the main point of contact will be with the Trust Lead (CEO), an ability to engage with the wider Trust team and interact with school staff, governors and Trustees is also very important.
Pay and conditions will be in accordance with those set by the National Joint Council for Local Government Services. The post of HR Manager and Executive PA is a permanent post required to start on 1 September 2025, working 37.5 hours per week as stated above. The post will be term time plus three weeks, including one week for INSET days. The contract, including holidays, is for 47.04 weeks per year, which includes 6.04 weeks paid holiday.
The post is Grade 8, point range 26-30, giving a base salary for this post of between £36,124 - £39,513 pro rata depending on experience.
