The Senior Project Worker assists the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective and efficient management of the service, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are implemented, resources are managed responsibly and high-quality recovery-focused care is delivered ?.This role combines direct practice, leadership in care delivery and delegated management responsibility.You will:Develop and maintain professional, trusting relationships with service users, delivering support within a social inclusion and recovery frameworkSupport the development, implementation and monitoring of individual support plansAdhere to safe handling, administration, storage and control of medication procedures (subject to training and competency)Support staff rotas, allocation of duties and key worker responsibilitiesMaintain accurate documentation, incident reporting and compliance with regulatory requirementsDeputise in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager as requiredSupervise, guide and mentor Project Staff and implement performance management systems for those you line manageContribute to quality, governance and continuous improvement within the serviceThis is a role for a confident, reflective practitioner who can balance compassionate, person-centred support with professional accountability in a regulated environment.Essential RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceApplicants must meet one of the following:A recognised professional qualification (e.g. Social Work, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy) with appropriate registration and A minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care settingORQCF/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject and A minimum of 4 years' experience in a social care settingAll applicants must also demonstrate:Experience liaising with statutory and voluntary agenciesUnderstanding of managing moniesProven experience of motivating service usersCircumstancesFlexibility to work on a rota/shift basis including early, late, weekends, night cover and sleeping or awake shifts as requiredA full current driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required).
