Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, enjoy working with customers, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and specialty beverages
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
* Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and café area
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Assist with stock rotation and basic food preparation if required
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Requirements
* Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Flexible availability, including weekends
* Knowledge of coffee and milk texturing is an advantage
