Think eCommerce excellence, data-led strategy, and a collaborative team culture. The Role: They’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with proven agency experience to join the team in Leeds. Sitting across both Paid Social and Paid Search, you’ll run campaigns for a variety of clients: from planning and setup through to creative delivery, optimisation, and reporting. You'll work on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopping, Display and YouTube, and collaborate closely with creatives, analysts, and client services to drive best-in-class performance. What You’ll Be Doing: Creating and managing multi-platform campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, Display) Writing engaging ad copy and producing creative assets (image, video, carousel) Setting up and maintaining campaign structures, tracking, pixels and event setups (including CAPI) Monitoring and analysing campaign data to optimise performance Producing reports and presenting results to internal teams and clients Managing budgets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies Staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and performance benchmarks Working collaboratively across departments to deliver results-driven strategies What They’re Looking For: Strong agency-side experience in Paid Media ( social and/or search ) A background in eCommerce is a big plus Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads platforms Confident with data analysis, budget management and performance tracking Strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset A proactive, collaborative attitude with sharp attention to detail Excellent communicator & is able to clearly explain performance insights and strategy Why It’s a Great Move: Huge variety of exciting clients and campaign types Join a smart, supportive, and genuinely passionate team Clear path for career progression as the agency scales Hybrid working central Leeds office Regular training and upskilling opportunities Sound interesting?
