The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
* Advising on divorce and separation, including financial remedy matters
* Handling private children matters and complex arrangements
* Drafting and advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Managing cohabitation disputes and related family law issues
* Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where required
* Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
* Strong technical knowledge across private family matters
