About the role:
You will be working as General Surgery Team Leader and will be responsible for:
* Daily management of the Theatre to enhance quality and efficiently
* Supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework
* Working closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures
* Monitoring resources, budgets and workforce planning.
* You’ll need to have excellent organisational and communication skills
Who we’re looking for;
* ODP level 3 / RN (1)
* Valid NMC/HCP with no restrictions
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in theatre in the UK
* Previous experience working as a General Surgery Team Leader
* A strong understanding of clinical procedures

Person Specification: All General Surgery Team Leader applicants must have a valid NMC/ HCP Registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the UK is essential for this position.
