This is a hybrid working position, with 50% of your working week spent in our Maxim office.

A bit about the job:
Our Customer Service Representatives handle insurance claims efficiently and empathetically in a modern, welcoming office environment.
This role is primarily phone-based. You will manage home claims from start to resolution, handle incoming calls, guide customers through the claims process, gather necessary information, and assess claims according to policies and procedures to reach the best outcomes for our customers.

Working Hours:
* Shift patterns covering 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
* Current rotation includes one late shift every 4 weeks and one weekend day every 4 weeks.
* Average of 35 hours per week over 5 days.
* Flexibility with hours is required as shifts are on a rota basis.
* Open on Bank Holidays.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to listen empathetically and reason effectively.
* Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills to navigate systems.
