Russell Taylor Group is currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor to start immediately in the Oxford area. Our aim is to produce high-standard finishes on all projects. Turning designs into reality requires a top team of commercial professionals, and we are seeking outstanding candidates to join us.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Surveyor to join a thriving team. Your role will involve ensuring the effective commercial delivery of projects, primarily education-based in Oxfordshire, with values circa £5m - £30m. This position offers opportunities for progression for those interested in advancing their careers.
As a Project Surveyor, you will manage and monitor project budgets throughout the scheme, ensuring cost certainty and financial efficiency across construction. You will report weekly to the Commercial team and take ownership of your project.
You will also oversee the procurement process for specialist subcontractors, ensuring timely appointments and robust contract administration, including managing valuations, cash flow forecasts, variations, and final accounts.
