Oversee the assessment of needs and risks, ensuring safety planning aligns with relevant legislation, guidance, and procedures. Implement relationship-based principles and employ systemic social work, signs of safety, and solution-focused approaches to foster positive change. Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to staff, students, and newly qualified social workers (NQSWs). Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date documentation and records. Collaborate with children, families, and carers to develop and implement effective care plans.
