Our Client, a franchised main dealer is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their team in a fast paced working environment in Southampton.
The successful Car Sales Executive will have the desire to produce results, a commitment to excel and be able to build outstanding customer relationships within the automotive industry. The Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in Motor Vehicle Sales and will be dynamic, self-motivated and highly results orientated.

5. Basic salary £18,000, OTE £45,000
6. Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 18:00, Rota Sundays 10:00 - 16:00, day off in the week

Duties of a sales executive with our client:
10. Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
11. Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
12. Selling Warranty and Finance
13. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
14. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
15. Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
16. Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our client expects of the sales executives:
17. Ideally, you will have experience of automotive sales experience
18. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
19. Excellent customer satisfaction skills
20. Confident communication skills
21. Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
22. Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
23. Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
24. Full UK Driving Licence
25. Right to work within the UK
