Are you an RGN, with experience caring for elderly patients? Location: Merseyside Hours: Monday - Sunday | Part-Time or Full-Time Start Date: June 2025 Service: Supporting elderly and frail residents within 2 care homes. Duties of an RGN: Act as a role model and promote high standards of person-centred clinical care. Act as the nominated nurse in charge, ensuring safe staffing levels using the agreed dependency tool. Collaborate with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care. Safeguard the welfare of adults in your care. Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation via written care plans. Work supportively with clinical teams, care home staff, and families to ensure exceptional care delivery.Essential Qualifications: Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC pin. Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive care plans.
