Job Summary: This role involves line managing a small team of controllers and planners supporting a capital programme. You will work closely with Programme Managers weekly to support project delivery within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee team productivity, output, and support to meet deadlines.
* Collaborate with Programme Managers to support project management within budget and time constraints.
* Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and contractors, communicating updates and challenges.
* Build relationships with internal teams and support data provision to external regulatory bodies.
* Manage monthly reporting and provide analysis to support decision-making.
* Analyze contractor data and present reports to management.
* Line manage Capital Planners and Project Controllers.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of NEC contracts.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in a PMO environment.
* Stakeholder management skills.
* Experience across complex project cycles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of APM / Prince II methodologies.
