Logistics Project Manager Required to join a UK leading, international multimodal freight logistics provider at their site based in Stanford-Le-Hope.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in leading transformative projects focused on warehouse automation, process optimisation, and customer onboarding.

Warehouse Project Manager Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse and logistics projects
* Work closely with Transport and forwarding departments
* Identify, recommend, and implement changes and enhancements to the department as required.
* Take responsibility for the solution creation and implementation for any specific logistics projects
* Drive change management and stakeholder engagement
* Manage automation system implementations and vendor partnerships
* Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Warehouse Operations Manager Requirements
* Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies
* Previous transit operation management experience (Desirable)
* Proven project management experience in warehouse/logistics environments
* Change management experience (Desirable)
* Full UK Driver s License
* Familiarity with WMS, automation tech, and project management tools
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods
* Full UK driving license
