Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a driven HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis in the Ilkley area.
This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the whole Group for and would suit someone who is operating as a HR generalist who thrives on variety, HR Administration and payroll within a fast-paced HR function.

Key responsibilities as a HR Advisor:
You'll be the go-to support for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR advice
Coordinating accurate payroll and pension inputs
Guiding managers through absence, performance and wider ER matters
Support recruitment activity, own the onboarding/offboarding cycle
Maintain HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant
You'll play a key role in group-wide engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Support the Head of HR and ensure seamless service delivery
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Good working knowledge of payroll processes
Sage Payroll experience is a real advantage
